Maybe not. One customer asked exactly that, and after checking, Jensen told him his units were still clean and didn't need washing yet, walking away from easy money. That review calls it rare and trustworthy.

We're open all 7 days. One reviewer's aircon died on a Saturday; it was inspected Sunday and a full replacement was cooling the flat by Tuesday, with updates at every step.

Servicing
Indoor units opened, cleaned and checked, with the condition explained in plain language and honest advice on what's actually due.
For units that genuinely need it: deep chemical cleaning, plus compressor cleaning done, in a reviewer's words, with no major mess.
Repair
Not cold, dripping, tripping or noisy: diagnosed fast (10 minutes, per one review) and fixed on the spot where possible.
Pressure tested with proper gauges and topped up with the right refrigerant; the R410A rig is right there in our job photos.
